I FULLY agree with you. It infuriates me, and as I write this I’m tearing up. I believe people leave dogs outside because: -They think they have a “guard dog” that “needs” to guard their property -Some people think dogs don’t belong in the house (Then why the F would you get a dog!?!) -Most of these dogs are Pit Bulls – thugs and trash do this to “toughen” their dog, make them look “macho” and look like killers (Those on a CHAIN) Pit Bulls are NOT meant to be left outside. They are NOT the breed for that and people REALLY need to figure that out. I understand SOME breeds – [Huskies, Malamutes] PREFER to be outside, and that’s fine – they are bred to be able to live out in the snow per their undercoats. But other than those breeds, I really feel they need to be INDOORS. Another people chain their dogs outside is because they say their dog “Tears up the house” – well FIGURE IT OUT!
