Though I ve paid for certain claims, I ve never received the requested ERAs for those claims. What do I do?
BEFORE calling our Tech Support Department to track down the ERA, have the following information on hand: • Names of payers for which ERA is missing • Numbers on the checks for claims on which ERA is missing • Dates of each check • Provider numbers for which the checks were issued You MUST contact our support team no later than two (2) weeks after not receiving an ERA or we will not be able to track it in our system.
