I would not call them extremist, but there are several things that don’t make since when you try to take every thing as literal. For example, your faith cannot literally move a mountain, but you can overcome some mountain like obstacles. The creative days in Genesis were not literally 24 hour days. The prophecy at Daniel 9:25-27 does not work with literal 7-day weeks. I will go a little into detail on that. In the Bible, quite often Jehovah has given a day for a year. (Numbers 14:34; Ezek 4:7) In like manner, the Bible also speaks of sabbaths of years or weeks of years. (Lev 25:8; Exodus 23:10-11) In this prophecy, using literal weeks would be 483 days.
