We are aware of the cost issues that this has caused in recent years and accordingly Greenbelts Senior Fire Officer has worked hard at negotiating some agreements with Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue in regard to exempting the treatment of timber subject to how much is used as a proportion of the venue space. Therefore if you would like to find out whether your planned use of timber can be exempted in line with this agreement, please email Greenbelts Senior Fire Officer Norman@greenbelt.org.uk, including details of how much timber will be used, the size of the boards and how and where they will be set up within the venue.
