Unlike Dungeonmaster, a LARP is rarely performed onstage where others can mock you. In addition, not all of the scenes in Dungeonmaster involve the player characters. Many are pure theatre. The scenes that do involve the player characters attempt to follow a pre-planned narrative. However, there is still a lot of improvisation and unpredictable actions taken by the player characters.
