Yes it does, along with a “cellarmaster’s hints” chapter that explains in detail how to get the most out of this new class of filler system. The Users Manual is 15 pages long and is considered by many to be the most comprehensive manual treating the subject of wine bottle filling for the small scale winemaker / winery, and related issues offered, by any manufacturer in the industry, especially in it’s class!
