This machine features the Saeco “SBS” brewing system (the dial on the front of the brewing spout). How does that work?

The SBS brewing system allows one and the same machine to produce an indefinite number of coffee drinks with the push of the same brew button. Use the dial on the front of the coffee spout to select the type (strength) of brew, then hit the brew button. So, if someone wants a cafe Americano (a long espresso, or espresso with added hot water), and someone else wants a short espresso (ristretto), each person can press the same brew button and easily select the drink type using the SBS dial. Our staff is trained in the use and maintenance of this machine, however Saeco offers a 12 month warranty during which time the machine will be repaired or replaced. All repairs are handled by Cafe West, JL Hufford’s Saeco Repair facility. The customer will pay shipping cost to get it to our repair faci
