Yes. In addition to the customer support provided by the 1-800-Volunteer.org support team (see below), Volunteer Centers have a “Resources” section of their administrative console. HandsOn Network puts relevant documents, checklists, and training materials in this area that have been created by the Foundation, the Technology Task Force, and Volunteer Centers with documented practices that were particularly successful in their own communities. New Centers can take advantage of this growing library of resources — and soon add to it!
