Theres Something Wrong With My Printout. Can I Get a Refund?
If the problem with your printout is due to a printer malfunction (i.e., cut off pages, poor quality printing) fill out a Credit Request slip at the nearest Service Desk and attach the printout you want to have credited. No credit can be issued without the printout. We are not responsible for user printing errors such as multiple copies, unwanted pages, or blank PDF files.
