Theres a post I really like, but the “thumbs up” is grayed out. Whats going on?
First of all, only Residents have the privilege of giving out props. (If you’re a Tourist, you can still receive props: you just can’t give them out.) Residents also have a daily cap on the number of props they’re allowed to give. Every registered user starts with at least 1 prop each day. Level 3 Residents start with 2 props, and Level 5 Residents start with 3. You earn an additional prop to give for every 100 points you rack up. If you’ve exhausted your limit for the day, you’ll have to wait until the next day to give more props. And by the way, you’re not allowed to give yourself props… so if you’re the author of that post you happen to like, you’ll need to find someone else to compliment you!
