A. We allow one “pause” period per year, per subscription. For example, if you’ll be out of town when one box is scheduled to arrive at your door, or if we’re featuring floral fragrances for a particular campaign and most florals give you migraines! (One of our team members has that problem with Gardenia fragrances, in particular.) Just let us know by the 1st of the month that the box is scheduled to ship – for example, if it’s the January box you don’t want, we’d need to know by January 1st. If you find yourself wanting to “pause” more than once, perhaps the AutoShip program isn’t for you… you may be better off simply purchasing single Cubes that fit your needs.
