There was a problem during activation. How do I recover the lost code activation?
Once the web site issues an activation code, the number of available activations is decreased. Therefore, it is important that you are careful when completing the process. If you closed the Presentation license window after getting the challenge code, the activation code from the web site will no longer work. If the problem seems to be due to the Presentation software, contact NBS so we can resolve the problem. To restore the activation, use Presentation to generate a recovery code (9.00 09.06.04 or later) or deactivation code, and please complete the activation recovery request form.
