For management of seized/frozen properties a Administrator has been appointed under the Act. At present all Competent Authorities have been appointed as Administrator also. The Seized/frozen properties have to be received by the Administrator who manages the properties as per provisions of ” The Illegally Acquired Property (Receipt, Management and Disposal) Rules 1989.
