There is talk of a parking garage downtown. Where would it go and how is it related to the streetscape project?
The City of Bainbridge Island and the Virginia Mason Clinic are evaluating the feasibility of constructing a parking garage below the city’s gravel parking lot to serve city staff, the clinic’s customers, and other Winslow Way business customers and employees. It is on an independent time line separate from the streetscape.
