There is so much conflicting information out there. What do I really need to know to start an exercise program and lose weight?
To cut to the chase and sum it all up, you must EAT to fuel your body to get through the day, you must BREATHE to give your body oxygen the life giver to every cell in your body, and you must MOVE to keep your muscles active or it will waste away and lead to health risks, including more body fat. If you want to lose body fat you need to use your body to lose the fat. Use it to lose it, baby!!
