There is no pencil icon. Whats wrong?
You must have Customize privileges on a project for the pencil to appear. To check your project permissions, click on the View Properties button and then on the Personnel tab. Another possibility is that the image is not High Res. Only High Res images may be customized. Check the High Res column. It should read yes for customization.If the asset is High Res and you do have permissions, yet there is no pencil icon, contact the PAL Helpdesk.
