Take the tape back to the place of purchase if it is defective. If the retailer refuses to replace the tape or refund your money, or if you cannot return to the place of purchase, contact Word Entertainment, Lyrick Studios (depending on which is identified as the distributor on your video) or Big Idea Productions directly.
