We can help with this problem but we cannot just cut back the overgrown tree. We will contact the property owner and ask them to cut back the tree or bush within a given time period. If they do not do so within this time period, we can prune the tree or bush and claim the cost back from the owner. If you have any more questions, contact our highways enforcement section.
