There is a mistake or debatable report on The CBL. How can such a problem be handled?
If you have a report, either you submitted or was reported against you, that you believe is in error you do have the option to dispute the report. All you have to do is look up the report by using the Search feature or if you submitted the report then you can use MyCBL. When you have the report click on the red “X” to the right of the report and this will take you to the dispute screen. Check that you are disputing the right report and take the time to fill in the reasons for the dispute. If you have an additional evidence please include direct links.
