The City of Rancho Santa Margarita contracts with the Orange County Animal Care Services for animal control services. Dead animals can be reported by calling Animal Control at 714.935.6848 (8:00am-5:00pm daily) or 714.935.7158 (5:00pm -8:00am nightly).
