From what I can tell, Microsoft will produce two versions of VB.Net–Standard and Enterprise. You can read about the Standard Edition here http://www.microsoft.com/catalog/display.asp?subid=22&site=11133&x=45&y=15 Right now, I can’t find any information about the Enterprise Edition.
