There are several different pay plans that I have seen in various companies. What are the advantages of a two team (binary) pay plan?
Regarding the binary plan, basically you are only having to build 2 teams, whereas in most programs you have to build 5 teams or more to maximize their pay plan, so it is an easier program for the average person to be successful in. Once you have referred one person to your left team and one person to to your right team, any additional people you personally refer will be placed down below someone in one of your two teams, depending on how you have your placement allocator set. As a result, the binary plan encourages teamwork and building depth as once you have referred and placed a person in each of your two teams, you are placing additional people you refer down below someone in one of your two teams. The other features are that everyone’s sales in both of your two teams counts towards your income, regardless of who referred them, how far down from you they are, or even what country they are in, whereas in most programs you are limited as to the number of levels that you count the vol
