For self inflicted a player is allowed 3 minutes to recover. For opponent inflicted if the player needs time to recover the match is awarded to him. If he can continue play, the referee must apply a Rule 17 penalty to the opponent. This is in rule 16 of the singles rules on the WSF website worldsquash.org Regards Don Category: 02.
