There are often cars parked on the double yellow lines at the end of my road, why do they not receive PCN’s?
Disabled blue badge holders are permitted to park on street on a yellow line restriction (provided there is no loading ban in place at this location) for up to 3 hours ensuring that their badge and time clock are displayed correctly and the vehicle is not causing an obstruction.
