There are numbers and letters opposite each track in the column Parameters in the sections Hot tracks and Cool tracks. What do they mean?
As the musical editor or DJ that is on air supposes, each track has several important parameters. Three of them are shown opposite each track in the column Parameters. Firstly, it is intro time-study, i.e. instrumental song introduction. It is introduction that is used in DJ beat mixing. So, introduction time-study in seconds is the first parameter. Secondly, the whole track time-study is important, this parameter is the next one after intro. In particular case, this parameter is important because it allows the presenter to make a break without stopping broadcasting. Latin letters in the end mean how the track is finished. ѻ – is cut, i.e. track is finished abruptly, F means fad, i.e. the sound volume is falling gradually for 5-10 seconds. The knowledge of the fact how track is finished allows DJ to mix songs better during broadcasting.
