Many companies sell used not refurbished telephone equipment. Many of our competitors test the used phones they receive and several claim to test every button and connector the bad ones are tossed. Then they clean the phones and put on new designation strips. Finally, they put them in a box on a shelf – and that is how you purchase them. At King Technologies, we can repair almost anything, but primarily we “remanufacture” business phones along with manufacturing new phones and phone system equipment for manufacturer’s discontinued products. For example, every Comdial telephone that is sent to us for repair is automatically transformed into “like–new” condition with new plastics, and every remanufactured phone or system purchased from us has been rigorously tested using the original test equipment before it is shipped to you.
