Why the number of permanent members of the UN Security Council is not increased and why it is not possible to replace the current permanent members? Today there is an increasing number of powerful countries like Japan, Germany to ensure international security? This is the best example of the need of reform in the United Nations. By the way, this issue has been under discussion in U.N for a number of years already. It is a bit like the story of the U.N Headquarters. It has been remained as it was built for many years.
