A. The PDF version is indeed more recent than the word processor versions. If you cannot fill-and-save the PDF version of the form and must use a word processor version instead, for purposes of filling out the word processor version, you should work from a copy of the PDF version. Although there are not specific boxes on the older form for items such as the DUNS number and email and fax for a contact person, you should enter such information on the word processor version in approximately the same place it appears on the PDF version. For example, include the DUNS number in box 5 below the legal name and above the address. Q. I don’t have Adobe Acrobat.
