• A lot has happened and the WECRD is now in a fiscally sound position to go out for bid on the WECRD Recreation Center, targeted for 2009. Prior to going to bid the WECRD is updating an operational budget so the facility costs will be known and so the WECRD Recreation Center will be built debt free and will operate in a fiscally sound manner.
