The website says I can register again using the same email address. Whats with that?
We’ve placed a limit of one registration per email address, because we rely on it to be unique. The website says I can’t submit a design because of my birth date or school. I don’t get it. To submit a t-shirt design, you must be between the ages of 14 and 18, and be enrolled in a high school in Australia or New Zealand. If your profile settings don’t reflect that, the form won’t let you continue. You should go into ‘edit profile’ and enter the correct information. If you’re not actually between 14 and 18, you can’t win – but you can certainly vote and comment!
