The web application often times out when uploading XML files. What can be done to resolve the time out issue?
If you are uploading XML files through the web application, your Internet browser settings may affect whether you time out. Specifically, your browser should be configured to check for newer versions of stored pages to be automatically updated. To make this change in Internet Explorer, go to Tools Internet Options click on the General Tab click on the Settings button in the Temporary Internet Files box. Ensure that the Check for Newer Versions of Stored Pages is enabled.
