The WageWorks website won let me order the pass that I need. Why?
There are a few types of transit passes that WageWorks cannot sell, such as the tokens used by San Francisco’s MUNI system. In these cases, you can order paper vouchers or a commuter card (electronic voucher) to use as payment for your commuting expenses. Either way, you’ll still get the same tax savings.
