The veiled woman is a security threat?
Hundreds of veiled women pass through airports and other security checks every day, and have no problem proving their identity to another woman. It is easily worked around in much of the Muslim world. As for the few isolated cases where men have dressed as women in the veil to get through security, then there are many far stranger cases of other ways to hide ones identity, such as wigs, glasses, makeup etc. It is an unfair association and again just a paranoia that can be worked around. And for identification purposes Muslim women remove their veil when required. I.e. ID check at the airport.
