No, you cannot apply for reissue of passport through District Passport Cell (DPC)/Speed Post Centre (SPC)/Citizen Service Centre (CSC) available in your district. Only application form pertaining to issue of fresh passport can be submitted at District Passport Cell (DPC)/Speed Post Centre (SPC)/Citizen Service Centre (CSC).
