At times, you might had pushed too hard and the USB dust cover is stuck underneath the player body. To pull the USB cover out, please follow the instructions below. Insert a small flat-headed screwdriver in the end and pry the cover up (see picture below). Please keep the small pulling ear outside the player body when covering it again (see picture below). A small trick will help is to pull the cover gently to the opposite direction from the cover base before covering it, this will ensure that the small ear stays on top of the USB opening.
