The upper floor has an enclosed sub floor area but BERS Pro only allows the selection of “slab on ground”, or the “very open” option for suspended floors. How do I model the space under the upper floor if its enclosed?

Any upper floor that cantilevers beyond a lower floor is assumed to have an air temperature immediately below it equal to ambient air temperature. If the space is enclosed then it should be modelled as a “garage zone” on the lower floor, (with a slab on ground floor).
