Yes. Covered days are reported only once and apply to the entire claim. The QTY segment can repeat up to 4 times to report Covered, Co-Insured, Life-Time Reserved or Non-Covered days. There is no longer a way to associate Covered and Non-Covered Days for a specific payer.
