The tutorials keep locking up, and/or won advance properly; whats wrong?
The reason the tutorials may seem very slow, or won’t advance properly is often because the tutorial hasn’t fully loaded. Make sure that the number of audio pages loaded (shown by the number to the right of the speaker icon in the tutorial navigation box) is equal to the total number of pages in the tutorial (shown by the number just left of the “Back” tutorial navigation button). Once the audio is fully loaded you will be able to progress through the tutorial. For additional information regarding audio issues click here.
