The transparency setting is grayed out in the Save for Web dialog box. What did I do wrong?
Make sure your background layer or bottom layer that is filled with color is turned off (the eye icon in the layers palette is switched off). Look for the gray and white checkerboard pattern that signifies transparency. Then choose Save for Web and select a GIF setting to access the transparency box.
