The Transaction History screen from the Cashier section of the Casino software keeps track of the status of your withdrawal requests. What is the “pending withdrawal” screen?
Once a withdrawal is made, your request is waiting to be processed by our Finance Department. You can view all your withdrawal requests waiting to be processed at the pending withdrawals screen in the Cashier Section of the Casino software. Generally no withdraw request will be processed before 4 business days of making the request so that you can cancel withdraw requests while the transaction has not been processed, and return the amount back to your casino account, so you can go ahead and play. I have requested for a withdrawal but have changed my mind. How do I cancel a withdrawal request? In Dafagames Client under Cashier section, you may see the button for “Cancel Withdraw”, you may click it to cancel your withdraw request.
