For Windows XP users: You may have accidentally uninstalled Lookeen. Please check this at Start\Control Panel\Add or Remove Programs\. There you will see the Lookeen register, if indeed it is still installed. 1. The system may have switched off Lookeen in the Add-In Manager, which is located in the Outlook toolbar; select Tools\Options\Other\Advanced Settings and check there if in the Add-In Manager” or in the Com-Add-Ins Lookeen is switched off (the check in the box is missing). After undoing so (please check the box of Lookeen), the Lookeen toolbar will appear again. 2.
