The toolbar add-in seems to be broken. Whats wrong?
If you click on the toolbar add-in and it displays a “Data unavailable” message, this most likely means there is a problem with your Internet connection. The toolbar add-in works only when Internet Explorer is able to access the Internet. If you are able to access the Internet from Internet Explorer and it still displays the message, it means that MSN Weather is having temporary difficulties. It should resume working if you try again later.
