The thumbnail images of Snapshots in my gallery are not displaying. Whats wrong?

The KEEP Toolkit records an image of every Snapshot created once every 15 minutes. If you have just created a Snapshot and try to include it in a gallery, the thumbnail image will not display. If you wait 15 minutes before creating the gallery, all thumbnail images will display.
