The Texas Regional Hostmaster FAQ : The US-Domain FAQ : Can you help me solve some technical DNS problems?
NeuStar, the US Domain Registrar, does provide a helpdesk for questions about the US Domain. You can email them at support.us@neustar.us. The Texas Regional Hostmaster do not have the staff to help you solve technical DNS problems. You must have a technical contact that understands the DNS and the Internet. The Texas Regional Hostmaster cannot help set-up your email service, Web hosting, IP address allocation, etc. These are all separate functions. See the “DNS and BIND” book by Paul Albitz and Cricket Liu (O’Reilly Books) for more information on the Domain Name System. Also see the Ask Mr. DNS Web Site for more help. The DNS Report may be useful in turning up technical problem with your name server configuration. Another site is ZoneCheck.
