The Texas Regional Hostmaster FAQ : Other Common Questions : How do I change the IP address of my web server or mail server?

Generally, you will need to contact the entity that operated your DNS servers. The Texas Regional Hostmaster does NOT do this. We just provide registration services for specific suffixes that are part of the tx.us and nj.us zones of the DNS name space. If you don’t know who to contact, you can use the DNS Information Retriever to get the email address of the technical contact for your domain (or another one). You should use the email address provided and contact that entity for assistance in changing the IP addresses for any host in your domain.
