For localities that are managed by the Texas Regional Hostmaster, the county government is qualified by checking the State of Texas Department of State web site at http://www.sos.state.tx.us/elections/voter/judges.shtml Any entity led by the County Judge listed here is recognized as being eligible for the County Govenerment domain. Of the 254 counties in Texas, only seven are not managed by the Texas Regional Hostmaster: • Austin County should contact hostmaster@cs.utexas.edu. • El Paso County should contact support.us@neustar.us. • Grayson County should contact support.us@neustar.us. • Lubbock County should contact noc@ttu.edu. • Midland County should contact noc@ttu.edu. • San Saba County should contact support.us@neustar.us. • Taylor County should contact admin@microagecs.com.
