The terms “CB Amt($)” and “No CB Amt($)” appear on my telephone bill statements. What do they mean?
“CB Amt($),” or “Charge Back Amount,” is the dollar amount that TNS bills to your account. Your department is responsible for all “Charge Back Amount” charges. “No CB Amt($),” or “No Charge Back Amount,” is listed on your bill, but not charged to your account. Your department does not pay for these charges. TNS absorbs these costs.
