The ten-year term of validity for my trademark registration will soon expire. Can I renew protection?
Yes. Trademark registration can be indefinitely renewed for ten-year periods. Renewal may be requested before the expiration date at the earliest, or, at the latest, six months after that date (late fee levied) using the renewal request form. You will be billed according to the schedule of fees. If a trademark owner is not domiciled (privately or business) in Switzerland, the request must be submitted through a representative residing in Switzerland.
