. league match with high importance . sacking/selling of a player, who is in the team for less than 2 weeks (it doesn´t decrease when you are sacking a junior player) It is important, that these factors count together and it is very hard to motivate your team to the next match when the team spirit is furious or murderous. The spirit tends to settle at normal value, which is a cold team spirit.
