The Swiss-Tresor software does not work for me. What are possible reasons for that?
Swiss-Tresor tries to give you the best possible service. To ensure security and comfort the use of a relatively new version of the Java Runtime Environment has been necessary. This runtime environment is not yet available everywhere and therefore may need to be installed and integrated in your environment when our software is used for the first time. Depending on your hardware and operating system a different version of the runtime may be necessary. In case you run into trouble, feel free to contact us. Under some circumstances the configuration of your Internet access (e.g. firewalls, proxies, filters) may make the use of our software impossible (the typical symptom is an empty “login” page).
